PRIVACY POLICY

A closer look at your information.

Who is responsible for this information?

Lsaupa LLC is responsible for the website at isaupa.com and for Lsaupa Role Dispatch, the optional recruiting text program identified by LSA. This policy explains the information associated with company correspondence, interest in our own part-time roles, and voluntary SMS choices. For questions about this policy, write to tracy@isaupa.com.

What information may be involved?

Company correspondence may include your name, email address, the topic you choose, and the details you decide to provide. Part-time role inquiries may also include your preferred role area and availability. An SMS choice concerns a mobile number and affirmative consent information. Do not include government identification, financial account details, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information in ordinary correspondence.

How is information used?

Information relevant to a company inquiry is used to understand the question, communicate about the stated part-time role area, and organize necessary follow-up. SMS information is used for the program you voluntarily choose and its associated support and preference handling. An interest form is not permission to send marketing texts; SMS requires its own affirmative choices. We also use relevant information to protect website security and address misuse or applicable obligations.

What happens to mobile information and consent?

SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. Service providers supporting text delivery, hosting, security, or compliance may process that information only as necessary to perform those functions. They do not receive permission to use your consent for their own marketing. Lsaupa LLC does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate, or third-party marketing lists for this program.

Who else may process relevant information?

Providers helping with company communications, hosting, security, and related operational support may receive only the information needed for their service. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, or the rights of affected people. We do not authorize unrelated third parties to market to you using an SMS choice made for Lsaupa LLC.

How do retention and security work?

Relevant information is kept only for the period reasonably needed for its stated purpose, applicable obligations, and the resolution of requests or disputes. Consent and opt-out records may need to be retained to respect your messaging preferences. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce risk; no method of handling information can promise absolute security.

What choices can you make?

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing tracy@isaupa.com. Verification may be needed to protect the information involved, and applicable requirements may limit some requests. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out does not affect your ability to ask about a part-time role. The website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from them.

What about cookies, other sites, and policy changes?

The website does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. A hosting provider may process basic request logs for delivery and security under its own arrangements. Links to other sites lead to their respective practices. If this policy changes, the effective date on this page will be updated. You can contact Lsaupa LLC at tracy@isaupa.com or 11915 ROCKY POINT DR, FRISCO, TX 75035, United States.
